「If you do stay in one of the properties this guy owns do NOT give him cash! He is a scammer, asked us to pay him cash because according to him he had not received payment from Vrbo/HomeAway and our pending charge on our credit card would be removed. He charms you with good customer service and seems trust worthy but DO NOT GIVE HIM CASH! We've been trying to get a refund for almost a year now and Vrbo hasn't done anything about it either! 「The complex was extremely well kept and the room was clean and comfortable. The complex was quite difficult to find even with the provided instructions, we only found it because a local showed us the route. The area has a lot of construction so it is quite loud during the day. The balcony was not used as we had hoped because the drilling was constant all day. Also it would be nice if the balcony had seating. The staff are very quick to respond which was helpful because the toilet did not work...

「Access to the private dock, bonfire, and easily accessible by tuk tuk! We had to look for tuk tuks that did not have San Juan on the front to take us as they wanted to charge 20Q per person but we got them down to 15Q, in the end we just ended up telling one which exit it was and it worked out great!
