“The house was spacious and clean, more than enough room for our family of three. It could’ve easily accommodated more. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were nice. The pool area was very nice with an extra half bathroom outside. The host was welcoming, attentive and provided everything that you would ever need to be on vacation from beach towels to coolers, sunblock, water shoes, food, cooking supplies and even a complementary gift basket. ”

“I stayed 2 nights in this quaint 3 bedroom treasure!! The property was just as the pictures depict. Modern boho. Small, compact, very very clean! The beds were wonderful and super comfortable. Air conditioning in each room, assures that each person will have the temperature they want. The hosts were so accomodating and kind. I suggest, if it had a small microwave that would be great. But we made do with the air fryer and cooktop and were just fine. I would definitely book this property again……

“I planned a girls trip with 12 women! We had plenty of space…This property was amazing! Clean and luxurious!! The house is exactly what was advertised! The owner communicated with me the entire time!! We knew exactly what to expect! I would recommend using the local concierge service….. very reasonably priced and super accommodating! The concierge arranged for transportation to and from our private boat charter…which was a fantastic experience… I highly recommend!!”

“I had much confusion regarding the location of the property. I am familiar with Puerto Rico and followed VRBO directions to visit the property days before I was to rent. It led me to a horrific property outside of the neighborhood. I was so appalled, with what I found, I panicked. I tried to cancel the reservation to no avail as the host and I went back and forth. I was enormously relieved when I received the check in information with the exact address on the day the rental was to start. Only……

Only small issue was the ice machine/freezer was leaking & ac has condensation but we just put towels down and it was fine. “Location was great. We were leaving on a cruise and arrived a couple of days early. We were able to walk Old San Juan from the apartment. The apartment had plenty of room for 9 of us. Javier was great. We were able to drop off luggage before check-in and kept luggage at the house for a couple of hours after check out. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“The house itself is situated in a nice, safe neighborhood. The house was clean, and everything was listed in the description. The pool was very clean and it was nice to be able to use it after a long day. Check-in was fairly simple. They also had internet, but it was a little spotty. We were still able to do what we needed to do though. We only had one issue as we lost water on our last day there. The host said it would be back on shortly, but it was off for almost 24 hours until it was time……

“This house was beautifully located in city San Juan, within walking to restaurants, beaches, and stores. In addition, the house itself was amazing! The most comfortable beds I have ever seen in a rental home, and the kitchen seemed newly redone! Everyone vied for the shower with a rain forest spigot, and we had several dinners in the outside patio (with a huge table!). Security was important to the owners, and we made certain to lock the gates whenever we left (and secure the padlocks). The……

“My sisters and I 67yr-83yrs vacationed for one month at this house in Puerto Rico. Pros - house and pool cleaned regularly Jorge responded quickly when request were made Gated community made us feel safe and secure Cons - very noisy especially at night - initially thought it was just for the New Year but it remained noisy the entire month of January (we got used to the noise so it wasn’t too bad but for sure do not expect quiet nights.)”
