“The room I booked said it had a king and twin bed. When I arrived there was only one bed & it was a queen (and quite hard). I did appreciate that the owner could be easily reached, but when we arrived there wasn't anything he could do to fix the number of beds. It was convenient that it was located near the central station, but one drawback from this was the significant street noise that made it challenging to sleep. There was also a heavy door in the entrance on our floor, so another occupant……

“The property is located within a residential building but has been renovated to an excellent condition. There is no staff on the property but are easily contactable via WhatsApp and are happy to assist you with any queries or request you may have. The property doesn’t have its own parking, but this was easily arranged at a nearby parking garage by the staff via WhatsApp, who were more than happy to accommodate my request. "The location is perfect and the receptionists are friendly. However, it’s a bit inconvenient to carry luggage to enter from the front automatically door and it was broken so guests needed to move the door manually with heavy luggage….. it was not an unpleasant experience for the first time of the trip in the city. Moreover, the soundproof of the rooms were not so well. I was woken up by the noises around 8am… which means my journey became a bit stressful cuz of sleep less due to the noises…..! It would be great if those problems could be improving. Thank you for ur time! "
