“ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I booked a room 3 weeks in advanced. When I got there I went to my room and there was a lady in it. The lady and I got sent the exact same room and they gave me the code. Which is completely unsafe for me and her. I called and they apologized, then continued to give me a "upgrade". When i got to the room with the upgrade- there was 2 suitcases by the door. They gave me another code to another occupied room!! I called and then was told that they were all booked and I was unable……

“Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing.
As soon as we walked in, there was a very strong, unbearable smell. It was clear the unit had just been sprayed right before our arrival. At first I thought it was an air freshener, but then I found bug spray under the sink and realized that was the source. There were also many mosquitoes or small insects on the floor, and some even stuck to my suitcase.
Communication with the host was also frustrating. I received multiple emails with check-in……

Still had a great time in the city
Way to far frim any activities
Water was cold due to no solar
Cooking top didnt work kept heating and going off

“The whole master bathroom was flooded from the toilet with a very strong sewer smell. The bedrooms where in very bad conditions. The sliding doors almost impossible to open. The kitchen cabinets in very bad conditions, the jacuzzi wasn't working property. Beautiful location but; the building needs an update.
We pay way too much for what we got. ”
