「This is an outstanding property, I'm glad to say it exceeded my expectations. Paquera CR isn't the tourist mecca, IE an all inclusive. If you want to enjoy CR with a local feel and experience this is a place for you. The owners were responsive to questions and w/recommendations sheet to go. We loved CURU and the wildlife refuge, great hiking trails, great beach..」

「Property is as described. It's dated but well cared for. The caretaker is great. PLEASE note. Last few kilometers of road are not paved...we had 4x4's was fine. Closest supermarket is a 40 minute - hour drive. Beach isn't the best for swimming but totally remote and private. We loved this place. 」

「Amazing, beautiful, secure location. Only small complaint is that there was no laundry detergent as advertised and the shampoo/ conditioner in the master bedroom shower was not filled. 」

「Amazing place with lots of room and a beautiful beach. Would recommend. Just a few communication issues around checking in and internet instructions. If you have whatsapp text them in advance and it should be smoother with the language barrier.」

「This was an awesome property. I went with my spouse and adult children(17-22) and their friends. Total of 8 people. The house was very clean and open. The pool was exceptional. The sunsets on the beach were beautiful. The best part was the caretakers(Arturo and Maribel). Arturo was up early to get the pool and backyard set up for us to enjoy for the day. Maribel cooked us an awesome dinner our last night there. They were so nice and helpful the entire time we were there. They almost felt like...

「Everything was dirty in the property, from the shower curtain full of black mold to coffee maker and fans. Streets are full of garbage outside, smell of sewages and garbage is everywhere. In the shower we found worms and spiders. They even did not have the cutesy of cleaning the dishes, we had to re-wash everything before use. It was horrible. We decided to leave for a hotel the last 5 days of our trip.」

「Never again. We had to leave 2 days early and try to find another place on high season for my party of 8 because of over booking. The service was just terrible. To bad, because the area was great. Dont rent from this place.」
