Adorable!
We had such a great stay. My husband and I came here for our little anniversary getaway without our kids. This little home was perfect for us. It is super comfortable and ideally located. The bed was cozy and it has everything you need. Location: you are a block from the beach and the downtown Avila area. There is a brewery, wine tasting, several restaurants and little shops. When we were here, mid July, Avila was a happening spot! There was a concert walking distance away and lots of fun things going on. There is a Friday farmers market and a live band that was so much fun. San Luis Obispo is only ten minutes away. There is an excellent market here on Thursdays that spans 5 blocks. We had such a great time checking out all that this area has to offer. There was also an awesome band on Friday on their “concert in the park”. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was so comfortable and perfectly located. What an incredible little secret.

Very comfortable
Nice location, 1 block from the beach and with my window open, i could hear the waves at night, very relaxing. The Photo is incorrect. The stairs were redone for an easier in and out and two chairs are out front facing the sidewalk which made it easier to say hi to passers by.

Great little house for my daughter and me. You can’t beat the location and the fact that there is a reserved parking spot is a bonus. We would love to return.

Great Little Beach Bungalow
We had a great stay at this beach bungalow. Great location very close to the beach. Loved walking to get coffee in the morning and beers at night. The place was very clean and cozy. We will be back.
