"Cute place. Pillows too small and almost no firmness. Small closet with hanger bar but no hangers. Staff couldn't provide 2 keys that worked, only one key would work despite several attempts by staff."

"Night staff knew of dead bird outside of the front door but thought it could wait for day staff. Bathroom had vent/drain problem leading to gurgling and nasty odors. Room change alleviated this but staff seemed put out. Fire alarm in middle of the night woke up the hole hotel. Ok stuff happens, but the morning clerk knew it happened but had no information on the incident. He knew it happened but was dismissive saying “oh that was last night, I just came on my shift”. Don’t they do a turnover?"

"There was no hot water and when letting management know they told us we could use the showers that campers use! That was terrible! I paid to have a shower in my room not a camper shower! They should refund me or give me another stay! Something to make up for that."

"Quick, complete check in. Clean room. Close to a pizzeria and a 24/7 taqueria. Hot water wasn't fully charged and air quality wasn't the best. "

"Property showing age. Worn off paint, chips & dings. Selected hotel because an EV charger claimed to be present. In fact it is defunct and has been for a long time."

"It took us over 30 mins to check in finally get our room keys and 1of them doesn’t work so the guy had to give us another room and the key wouldn’t work so we didn’t get a key and when we would leave the room we have to go tot he office to be let back on our room. Very inconvenient"
