Lush, well-kept landscaping, fun labyrinths of paths decorated with whimsical statuary. Several well-kept swimming pools with fun fountains. Spacious rooms. Not overly modern but well maintained. The beach is beautiful but the nature of the surf prevents swimming in the ocean. Interesting nearby fishing boats in active use. Great breakfast, varied menu options.

Upon entry, the staff was very kind and accommodating given our limited Spanish skills. The check-in was seamless and the check-out the same. The room was clean and had everything we needed, as well as extra beverages and chocolates in the fridge. The view of the beach was great and was across the street in short walking distance. The hotel at night is breathtaking, great lighting and rainforest aesthetic and the pools were also clean and well-maintained. The restaurant across the street offered free breakfast with the stay and had room service as well. I would definitely recommend coming and would stay again,

I like the fact that when we got there, they upgraded us to a suite with ocean view.. Everybody is extremely friendly.

Il ne faut vraiment pas connaître la valeur du travail, des efforts de la direction, des équipes de l’hôtellerie, la restauration et de la maintenance pour émettre la moindre critique envers cet établissement tout à fait remarquable. Bravo et merci à toute l’équipe pour nous avoir fait passer un séjour très agréable dans un environnement unique.

The hotel has a lot of natural beauty and amazing views to the beach from the rooms. They have exotic animals on site that you can enjoy looking at while walking around the property. Many amazing places to sit and enjoy the beauty of the property. They have multiple pools where you can relax and enjoy your stay. The beach is right in front of the hotel so beach access is very easy to get to and makes it more enjoyable. They also provide a boat tour and it is enjoyable. The only thing that needs improvement is the food at the restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast is provided but could be much better. There are other close by where food is better and better price. If you want an amazing place with natural beauty this is definitely the place for you.

The property feels very family-oriented and features about five refreshing pools surrounded by plenty of trees, giving it a tropical vibe. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and attentive. With the beach within walking distance and convenient showers and rinse stations to wash off sand and saltwater, the location is perfect for relaxation. I would definitely come back.

Beautiful scenery and friendly attentive staff. Great menu for breakfast nd dinner with a ocean view while dinning. airport transportation with my driver Christina was comfortable and efficient he was very polite.

The atmosphere was breathtaking at night! Very accommodating. Very friendly staff! Even had great suggestions on other attractions near the area. Their restaurant also very friendly and delicious!
