A breathtaking scenery. Beautiful home. We travelled with small children. The hike to the house was a challenge. Every time we made it to the house we felt it was worth it. Be prepared to climb quite a distance by foot on a narrow path. There is lots to do in San Marcos and the neighbouring towns of San Juan and Panajachel are a must visit. Overall a beautiful place with a beautiful view.

This property is extremely dangerous, they have you park at the road in an unsafe location and they they drive you to a place where they tell you you need to hike for 30 mins and find your own path up a cliff you could easily fall off and die.

Magical Stay at San Marcos

Brieuc and Kitara were amazing hosts and were attentive to all our needs. The property was extremely clean and the views were stunning and peaceful. I especially appreciate that there was an espresso machine, coffee maker, and even fresh coffee left for us. Very well organized transport to the hiking point; Nicholas, our tuk tuk driver, was very communicative and helpful. I would recommend that guests make their way up to the property during daylight hours and have dinner at the property. We will surely be returning soon!
