“El lugar esta ubicado en la montaña con una vista increíble al lago y los volcanes. Aun asi no es para todos, nos hubiera conocer que los baños eran ecológicos desde antes de reservar. Las yurtas (tiendas de campaña tipo glamping) cuentan con todo lo necesario para pasar una buena noche, cama grande y colchón un poco duro. Nuestra Yurta con el numero 1 tenía varias parte abiertas, no selladas correctamente, lo que permitía el paso a mas insectos por los huecos de las esquinas. Aun asi tuvimos……

“El hotel está muy bonito, lleno de plantas. En medio de la naturaleza. Tiene su muelle propio. La vista a la laguna es extraordinaria. La comida del restaurante muy rica. Solo recomiendo mandar por la.plataforma de Expedia las indicaciones precisas para llegar. En nuestro arribo el bote nos dejó en san Pedro y nos tuvimos que ir al hotel con maletas en tuktuk. Ya en el hotel nos dijeron que debimos de llegar al muelle de san juan y de ahi nos traen al muelle del.hotel.”

“Poor communication to enter the property, had to wait outside for 10 minutes in the night. The owner eventually came to open the door, but calls and text were not answered. The owner was very nice and once inside was responsive to texts. The room was very pretty as well. ”

“I can’t say anything but nice things about this hotel! Such a lovely stay, staff was sooo friendly, room was so clean and comfortable, I woke up to a delicious complementary breakfast, I will definitely come and stay here again! ”

“The location is nice and quiet, with lovely restaurants around and beautiful views of the lake. The property itself is stunning, and is fantastic value for money. The walk into town is actually quite nice, or you can easily grab a tuc tuc if in a rush. My only suggestions for improvement are that it was quite difficult to contact the host using the number provided through Expedia; however, there was a number on the door when I arrived which proved much more fruitful. “The location was good and the room spacious. Breakfast was also good. Had nothing else to offer. Had to request a fan for the room. The bed linens should be updated. No TV or hair dryer in the room.”
