Terrible stay in this hotel
I drive from Siena for a long way to expect the romantic trip. I choose the most beautiful pic on hotels.com. BUT it's really a nightmare to choose this hotel. I booked four star hotel but all I can stay is "only the room". I have to check in and eat breakfast in another hotel which is far away from 10 minutes walk. After eating, I have to walk back cause the HOT spots is near the hotel where I originally booked. OMG! It's really cold outside. The shower water was about 25-30 degree and the staff said THAT'S OK FOR HIM. I called twice, finally after one hour, the water is REALLY ok.

This hotel is beautiful and in the most gorgeous setting of the historic centre of San Marino. The staff were so friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good and the hotel restaurant has great food with an amazing view. The car is parked at their sister hotel in an underground garage and you can either walk or get the hotel groups private buggy to take you for access. The rooms are lovely, as a world heritage site it has to be maintained with original features which makes it charming - the only downside is the tiny bathroom however that can be forgiven because of the beauty of the place. We will be back and I highly recommend a stay here.

La stanza era veramente datata. Sicuramente avrebbe bisogno di qualche lavoro di manutenzione e soprattutto si restyling. Per essere un 4 stelle l’arredamento è veramente troppo spartano e confusionario negli stili utilizzati. Personale gentilissimo e preparato. Colazione varia e abbondante.

Pour son emplacement, il n’y a rien à dire. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Nous avons opté pour le stationnement au garage pour 19€ et nous ne l’avons pas regretté. Malgré une chambre très petite et vieille, nous étions bien. Malheureusement pour nous, il y avait le party d’une noce à l’extérieur de notre chambre, le vacarme a cessé à 1h00 du matin!!

Hotel nel centro storico e pedonale di San Marino. Personale molto disponibile e gentile, pulizia molto buona. Le condizioni di manutenzione della struttura e della camera non sono all'alltezza della classe dell'hotel: persiane non funzionanti, telaio della porta del bagno rovinato, vernice rovinata in molti punti.

Hyggelig personale men mye kan bli bedre
Resepsjonistene var svært høflige og vennlige. Hjelpsomme. Svarte på mail vi sendte i forkant. Det var maur både på badegulvet og i oppholdsrommet. Flere for hver dag vi var der (3 netter) En av oss fikk flere stikk på natta:edderkopp? Det var vanskelig å oppnå en passe temperatur på hotellrommet. Det var liten plass for 3 stk. Rommet trengte oppussing, og det var dårlig belysning. Ikke godt bok leselys. For få støpsel til bl.a ladning. Mens badet var nyere og i bra stand.

Central location in the old town
Authentic hotel right in the heart of San Marino city. Pros - big room,comfortable bed, decent breakfast, looked after our luggage when we checked out. Cons - room was pretty basic and there was confusion upon check-in - was told we could have an upgrade for a nominal fee and when we accepted we were told the price would be a lot higher. Also, our room was right by the bell tower that rings every 15 minutes- so I'd advise asking for a room away from there. All in all a great location for a stay in SM.

The room looked a little dated and the toilet ventilation was not strong so as soon as you stepped into the room, you could smell the toilet smell! However, the hotel was convenient with main attractions of San Marino only a stone’s throw away.

Great place to stay and eat!
Wonderful hotel staff. The hotel is situated at the perfect spot in the old town of San Marino. Parking Recommendation: Parking Lot 6, which is a short walk down to the hotel. The hotel restaurant is fantastic; get the 4 course meal— amazing.

Friendly and helpful staff. But, the room was VERY tiny. There's no onsite parking. You park at another hotel. It's close, but really inconvenient especially in inclement weather.
