“Very nice hotel and clean”

“Durante mi estadía en este hotel desapareció una campera dentro del restaurante del establecimiento. Informé inmediatamente al personal y me indicaron que revisarían las cámaras de seguridad. Lamentablemente, después de varios días de intentar comunicarme y solicitar información sobre la revisión de cámaras, dejaron de responder mis mensajes. Más allá del objeto perdido, lo preocupante es la falta de respuesta y seguimiento del hotel frente a un incidente ocurrido dentro de sus propias……

“Excellent value and stay! We spent 6 nights at Posada de Roses. Pablo and Matilda were wonderful hosts, and there were a number of nice touches that we liked. Upon arrival, Matilda gave us a tour of the property, and explained the breakfast options. Essentially, they give a voucher for each day's breakfast that can be used at one of 3 local cafes. Over the time we spent there, we ate at all 3 and they were all very good. We enjoyed the variety and thought it was a great idea. We were also given……
