It consists of a living area with a double sofa bed and an open plan kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed plus a bunk bed, and a full bathroom (no window). It is equipped with A/C, dish-washer, washing machine, and one covered parking space.°Swimming pools are open seasonally (Mid June/Early September). The exact opening and closing dates vary between the residences and depend on the weather conditions or maintenance services.
