The apartment is equipped with a TV, washing machine, a bathroom with shower, and two spacious, livable terraces. A covered parking space is also included. The property is located in a small, fully renovated building with an elevator, set in a quiet area just a few minutes from the pedestrian shopping and dining street that brings Bibione Spiaggia to life.
