“Nice place. Very clean and cozy. Neighborhood is safe and walking distance to everything.”

“I stayed 6 nights. Units had a ski locker with a combination lock in the mud room. Vacasa could not tell whether I'm allowed to use it. Unit was entitled to free Dial a Ride. Vacasa could not give me the code. In general, communication with Vacasa was by far the poorest experience I have had with a VRBO property manager. On the positive side, the property location is perfect. Its a 3 minute walk from chair 4 and the gongola, and closer to many Mountain Village restaurants, coffee, retail stores……

“Very cozy suite that had mostly everything you could want from bathroom items and kitchen supplies. Located just a few minutes from Telluride, rarely had to use the car because I could walk everywhere. Only issue I had was the parking pass which was located in a welcome binder. However instead of being a hanging tag it was a print out copy that was kind of faded and hard to read. Other than the small issue, enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend for others.”

You get used to it, but every time I walked into the unit, it bothered me. “Overall I was very disappointed with the stay at the lodge. The unit itself was out dated and is in desperate need of a renovation to update the unit and bring it up to modern standards. The cleaning crew did a poor job prior to our arrival and one of the beds still had dirty sheets on it, there was an insufficient amount of towels in the unit for our listed number of guests (4), the 2nd room which they claim is a "bedroom" is a glorified storage unit closet with a twin bed in it.
