I wish the bar was open for cocktail service in the evenings and that the kitchen and waiter did not go home at 4 of 5 pm. However, everybody is really nice, and it is a very relaxing place to stay.

Fue un hotel muy bonito, actualmente aunque lo mantienen limpio se ve muy descuidado, le falta mantenimiento, los pisos están quebrados, no hay enchufes en las habitaciones, en cuanto a la televisión únicamente tienen 4 canales y ninguno es para niños; los baños son poco ecológicos porque son muy antiguos; la alberca grande tiene agua fría; el restaurante solo funciona hasta las 3:30 de la tarde de modo que hay que buscar opciones para comer o cenar fuera del hotel y necesariamente hay que salir en coche porque está lejos de los establecimientos comerciales; el internet es muy deficiente; el hotel no se ha renovado ni mejorado por lo que el precio por habitación por noche no corresponde al servicio que dan, es decir, es muy caro para el mal servicio que tienen. La verdad creo que no regresaré y tampoco lo recomendaré. Es una lástima porque está enclavado en un lugar muy bonito.

The attention of the staff was very good, they were always aware of our needs. The hotel is located in a fairly quiet and quiet area, it has very nice gardens. The food sold at the hotel is of good quality, but food service is not available in the evening. The pool area is very nice, has a jacuzzi with hot water and has a fronton court. The cleanliness in the hotel is very good.

Hotel retirado del centro

El Hotel no esta nada cerca del centro, asi como lo plantean en la pagina . Esta lejos y se requiere de auto para moverse ya que nos dijeron que lo real son como 30 min caminando hacia el centro; por lo que decidimos no quedarnos en el hotel por este motivo ya que la idea era estacionarse y caminar pero hacia demasiado calor.

El hotel ofrece un ambiente muy agradable, esta lleno de vegetación, los jardines brindan tranquilidad, esta muy limpio, las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. EL personal brindo una atención muy atenta, profesional y servicial. La alberca y jacuzzy excelentes. Los alimentos con sabor casero, el restaurante super agradable la atención profesional.

Excelente lugar en San Miguel!

El hotel es muy bonito, el único detalle es que la TV no tiene señal, y si llegas muy noche o reservaste tarde ese mismo día, entonces te atiende el guardia de seguridad que no conoce muy bien sobre las reservaciones; sin embargo; el trato siempre fue cordial y amable.
