「Beautiful location in San Gimignano! The owner was so attentive and provided great suggestions for our visit. Charming apartment that serviced all of are needs. Boboli bakery (25 yards from apartment) is amazing and a must! Enjoyable stay!」

「The stay was a good one but got off to a rocky start with the expedia app not being able to translate from Italian to English. Since there were some challenges finding the location (2 locations with the same address!), having translation issues in addition to travel fatigue, wifi issues in the area and phone battery issues, we started off a bit frustrated. I padroni di casa sono molto gentili e disponibili. Torneremo sicuramente e la consigliamo a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno rilassante. Roberto 」

「酒店位置很好，附近有米开朗基罗广场和波波洛花园，过桥走十分钟就到乌菲兹美术馆，酒店建筑历史悠久，但是房间内设施比较现代，而且房间很干净，入住的时候管理人员会给你介绍酒店设施，休闲吧的咖啡免费自助，早餐18欧一人，花园不如照片上看到的大，比较小巧精致，酒店的大门白天是开放的，所以如果住在大门口那栋楼上房间的话，需要注意个人财物，因为我们有一天回来的时候发现房门开了，当然我们没有留贵重物品在房间所以也没有遗失，但是不知道是外来的人打开的还是内部人打开的，另外我们入住了三个晚上，但是客房清洁服务三天都没有提供，这个有点糟糕」

「The first night, the electricity shut off four times. I was in the shower in complete darkness. There was also no hot water, so we had to take cold showers. The apartment is very old and does not look like the pictures shown in the listing. It is located on the second floor with no elevator, so we had to carry all of our luggage upstairs ourselves. I do not recommend this apartment. It is definitely not worth the price we paid.」
