“The hotel is in a very good location near the cathedral. The facility is new and staff service is very good. This is the first hotel I am satisfied in Mexico during my one week travel which among all the hotels I been booked four points of Sheraton by Marriott and Ibis from Accor hotels. Those big international chain group service all can not compared with this one. This is value for money hotel. Highly recommended. ”

“This hotel has a very good customer service of the reception staff, so I even want to extend my stay at the beginning. However the hotel facility maintainace by the owners side is very disappointing. The bath tub have the water flows out. The toilet flushes whole night and after ask the hotel engineer staff to check he said the system works that way which means every 10 mins will have automatic noise flush sound. In addition, the pub downstairs have the loud music which can hear until at least……
