“Staff was friendly and helpful. They were very organized with the shuttle to the cruise line. Loved the shuttle service around the area during our stay. We thought breakfast was included but that is only for certain people.”

“The area may not be a safe place bcos my car was stolen within the hotel parking area during my stay. Never happened to me for the +40 driving years! Guests need to pay more attention on their belongings. Despite this, the front desk staff are kind and very helpful by providing the CCTV videos and reporting the case to the LAPD. Its good that I bought the Full compensation insurance.”

“The parking isn’t ample, you’re on a residential street and depending on which day you park, if you get a spot, you’ll get a parking ticket. The area isn’t very nice, the room was awful. It was small and dirty with no amenities. There was no water pressure so having a shower was arduous and you’re woken up every morning either by the manager screaming down the corridor at ‘Miguel’ or by the people in the houses either side screaming at each other. The corridors stink of weed, other patrons were……
