"This place is across the street from the biggest party place in San Pedro. There is also an air hockey machine right outside the bedroom window that people played at any hour. I left early and found a quieter hotel. The shower hot water didn’t work, and the toilet stopped having running water- the front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful, the owner was difficult and unpleasant."

It is not true.When you get is a one bedroom, one bath with a bedroom being on the second floor in the bath on the first floor and a very, very tight dangerous spiral stairs between the downstairs and the bedroom upstairs. Turns out they say a second bed and bath is in a shack on the property that is now being used for storage. Regarding the property that you do get, the second floor bedroom is wood flooring that pops and creeks tremendously...

"It is set out as a Luxury apartment but can't really qualify as such. It is nice, but quite noisy as it is right next to a restaurant with live music. Also quite smelly from all the restaurants' grey water just flowing into the lake outside the windows. The bathroom is also very damp with mold on the walls. Everything else was good though, and the hosts were very responsive."
