The location is amazing, Solano Avenue has everything you could want within walking distance, and overall the neighborhood has a really charming/quaint/safe vibe. I thought the apartment could have been cleaner when I checked in (spider webs, lots of accumulated random stuff in the drawers like old smoke detectors and batteries and stuff), but overall the place was super thoughtfully and...

「Very Clean. Newly remodeled. No sofa or comfortable chair in Living room. Another car was parked incorrectly in the parking area making parking difficult. No cable TV despite the claim on the ad. No TV in bedroom. Sign to remove shoes not disclosed until we got there. I cannot walk barefoot due to injuries. Overall, very disappointing.」
