"My mother always taught me to say something nice. This house is large and right on the beach, those are he nice things. On checking you will be greeted by a topless man smoking cigarettes in a broken lawn chair. There is a no pets rule in this house, unfortunately the caretaker does not follow this rule and their 2 dogs will invite themselves to every meal whether you like dogs or not, they will be under foot in the kitchen and parked at the dining table for every meal.
