「The staff was not very friendly, even though I speak Spanish. The room was overpriced. It was supposed to be basic, and it certainly was. The restaurant get s bad reviews, so I didn’t try it out. At least they didn’t wish me a happy July 4 and make me cry.」

「Very relaxing. The hotel was 5 star very helpful and the food was amazing. However the beach is very rocky I took a 5 min Uber to playa San blas and it was amazing beach.」

「This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. After a long international flight, we arrived exhausted, hoping to rest, only to find our room directly next to active hotel construction. The noise was unbearable, and we were never warned. The biggest issue was safety. The pool area has extremely slippery tiles, and both of our children slipped while exiting the pool, hitting their heads on the ground and ending up with large bumps. This is a serious hazard that should be addressed...

「It was a good treehouse but I didn’t have the TV also, the other’s activities was closed like the meditation room.」

「I will start with the positives: Room had cold A/C and good blackout curtains so I was able to sleep pretty good. Also the property has wifi which is also great because if you want to work on your laptop outside you can. One last good thing: the phyiscal location of the property is on a cliff overlooking the ocean which is actually fantastic. Okay but besides this, everything else was terrible. So bad that I am only leaving 2 stars. First the property is dirty. The rooms were clean but...
