「風呂付きの部屋を予約しましたが、風呂場は立派なのに湯どころか水も出ませんでした。到着が20時近くとても寒かったので結果的に風呂はいらなかったですが、掲載している限りはやはり使える風呂であってほしいです。でも翌朝、浮島の生活を見ると設備に期待してはいけないとわかりました。私たちはプーノ駅に18時過ぎに到着し、翌日の昼にはフリアカ空港出発というプランで時間は少なかったですが、送迎や短時間での近隣の観光のアレンジについては抜群でした。ワッツアップの返信も速いし、ご主人の英語や客の需要を理解する力もすばらしかったです。」

「住宿體驗還不錯，但額外收費的費用最好公開透明，原先以為會提供免費接駁碼頭到島嶼飯店，結果是另外收費的，吃飯十美金一個人，參觀浮島社區一個人也是十美金！除此之外是很好的體驗！」

「The visit here was so relaxing. It was quiet and just being on the water was refreshing. Felix is a wonderful host. He kindly took us around the area, pointing out places and discussing history and culture with us. We learned a lot. He also showed us an amazing collection of reed birds and gave us a really informative lesson in nature.」

「What an incredible place and location. Ronaldo and his wife were amazing hosts, My arrival time changed and he had no problem picking me up at the dock very late at 10 pm. accommodation was very cosy with an incredible view of the lake. I was worried about the room being cold but the bed had so many fantastic, comforters and blankets on it I was warm all night and had a fantastic sleep. In the morning, I had a beautiful freshly made breakfast and Ronaldo gave me a tour of the floating...
