Excellent location and apartment

Really good location and great apartment. It was clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend. The balcony came in handy when it rained.

Great stay near La Concha

We are a family with 2 late teenage girls. The apartment is located in a nice 6 floor building in a great location near to the beach, shops and restaurants. The key pick up was easy about 1 block away and there is a supermarket 2 blocks away. The apartment is a good size and the balcony is a bonus. We had some slight noise from a nearby nightclub on a couple of nights, but we did sleep with the window open. It had everything we needed and we were able to walk to everything in San Sebastian. We would definitely stay here again - it was very good value for money and a very good location.

Good, not great

Pros: Great location, walking distance to everything Terrace with retractable awning AC (living room only) Secure building Clean Lots of space Cons: A few maintenance issues - kitchen vent leak in ceiling, water all over counters and floor when it rains. Bathroom shower needs attention (mildew) in large bedroom and the same sink doesn't drain well. Pillows are not standard size nor do they have true pillowcases on them. Alternative pillows are not provided - I asked. On warm days, AC cools the living room but the bedroom is warm. There is no fan in the unit nor will they provide one - I asked. No umbrella. We had rain most of our days and no umbrella was provided. We had to borrow one from the dozens on the 6th floor. Kitchen condiments are scarce, not even coffee or tea. All lights in the unit are very bright. If you're looking for warm and cozy lighting, that does not exist here.

Great Apartment to explore San Sebastián

Great apartment within a short walk of main beach area and shopping/restaurants close by.Perfect spot for 4 adults - furnishings and equipment of a high order - safe and secure access. Apartment 5A - great balcony space and we show 2 photos on Main Street at night.

Fantastic apartment

Booking this apartment was so easy. I did worry about not being contacted by the company but they are so relaxed about the whole process that they just don’t hassle you with communications. I did end up calling the letting company in Spain and they were amazing., spoke perfect English and very helpful. The apartment was so clean, hop, skip and jump from the beach and just a short walk to the old town. But you still have lots of places to eat and drink close by too. We did have a little rain whilst we were there and glad of the Smart TV for Netflix. I would definitely go back again. Lovely and comfy apartment, great beds too. Please take or buy everything you need for the kitchen as very little is supplied.

Perfect stay

This was a beautiful apartment in a fabulous portion. Just a 2 short blocks to the beach, a few minutes from old town, convenient parking, and lovely accommodations to enjoy it all.
