Great location fabulous apartment

The apartment was in the perfect location, close to the old town and beach. Good surrounding restaurants and supermarkets. Apartment very spacious, clean and well appointed. Staff very helpful. We would highly recommend this apartment.

It was a great time in your Appartement, because the place there is very near the beach ( la concha ) and the old town. Absolutely perfect! And the contact to feelfree was very easy and comfortable.

Nice place, great location, poor communication

The property is very nice and in a perfect location to walk to old Town, and the beach. The property itself is very nice, but I have a hard time recommending it because of the horrible check in experience we had. First of all, the map through the VRBO app that the management company (Feel free rentals) uses did not load on my phone. I have had trouble accessing the VRBO app trip information several times and this was a most inopportune time. So using.the address that was provided (and I have 2 different addresses that I have noticed as well) we plugged it into our GPS, and it took us somewhere else. I enlisted the help of a gentleman who pointed us in the right direction, but he did not speak any English, and our Spanish is limited. The building we thought looked like it was the right address (and difficult to tell because there are two street names that seem to be used interchangebly) did not look like the entrance to an apartment building, but more like a commercial bank building It was late, there were few people out, and we were all so tired, but that wasn't even the worst part. We weren't really sure we were in front of the correct building, but a young man came out and we showed the address and he nodded, and since we couldn't get the Danalock app to unlock the front door (part of why we were unsure about the right building), he let us into the lobby. We went to what we hoped was the correct apartment since there are no numbers outside the doors. Going up a floor from street level seems odd to us as a first floor...so once again we were unsure if this was the correct apartment. The danalock wouldn't work, so I called the emergency after hours number for ageelfree rentals, and the man asked me for my name 3 times. I repeated it, I spelled it, I gave him our booking address. He said he would have someone.contact us, and no one ever did! Thank goodness my son re installed the Danalock app and went through the entire process of re connecting and we finally got in an hour and a half later! We missed dinner as most places were closed by then, my daughter is pregnant, and.was very tired, and we all had to use the bathroom. This was a horrible experience upon our arrival in such a beautiful town. There was NO after hours support help, we were.left to fend for.ourselves. if a photo of the front of rhe building had been provided or alandmark, like the bank across the street etc, we would have found it more easily. Also, the danalock app is poor.

Great stay for families

We really enjoyed our stay as a family of four (2 adults, 2 young children). The apartment is super cool, generously had the kitchen supplies we needed for our 3 nights stay, and central - within a few minutes from Duomo and parking garages. Both Sandy and Pier as property managers were very responsive and helpful. Thank you. We would highly recommend this apartment!

Very nice apartment in great location

We enjoyed the apartment and its ptoximity to beaches, Old Town etc. We’ve rented over 15 apartments but this is the first time from a management company and now we know we prefer the attention and responsiveness from individual owners. Upon check in, I asked for local info about the area, sights, restaurant recommendations etc but no info was available. I paid for parking and was told to use the parking coupon upon entry and leaving but that’s not how the garage worked as there was a pay station to use before exiting. On our departure day, the pay machine would not take the coupon nir our credit card. We paid in cash but did not get a receipt - we do not speak Spanish. A man who tried to help us demanded money. I did not have cell service inthe underground garage and we were late leaving due to the pay machine issues so I called them from the road. The management co will not refund the additional money we paid - they said we could get a discount when we return but we are from the USA and will not be back.

Wonderful apartment!

this was a great apartment for our needs. It was spacious and clean and located very close to the water and within walking distance of all. we had no need to take a taxi anywhere. We were a family of 6 with 3 couples. Each had their own bathroom . I would highly recommend to anyone staying in San Sebastian!!
