This spacious 135m2 apartment is located in one of the best areas of San Sebastián, next to the famous Zurriola beach, one of the most important surf spots in the world. This lively area is full of fashion stores, supermarkets and bars where you can taste the best pintxos and tapas in the city. It is in the center, next to the Kursaal auditorium and just 5 minutes walk from the old town.
The apartment is on the third floor of a building with an elevator and has five comfortable rooms that can accommodate up to a total of eight people.

Amazing stay in San Sebastián!

The apartment was very spacious and clean with basic furniture but everything you needed for the stay was provided. Eider was very helpful and attentive to anything we required and she offered fantastic recommendations for places to go and restaurants. The apartment is in a great area, not too noisy and a short walk across the river to the busy tourist area. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Vaste appartement propre et fonctionnel pour 8 personnes. Central dans le quartier Gros à quelques pas de la grande et belle plage de zuriola et à 10 minutes à pied de la vieille ville. "Semana Santa" période du 15 août a San Sebastien festive et parfaite pour l'animation mais à éviter si vous cherchez la tranquillité.

Spacious apartment in great location

Lots of space in this apartment very close to Zurriola beach in Gros. In a busy, lively and pleasant neighbourhood but no problems with noise.

Appartement Zabaleta Donastia

Appartement très bien situé. De grande taille, il convient bien pour des séjours de six à huit personnes et est très bien équipé. Seul petit défaut: il est un peu bruyant.

Super appartement à proximité de tout !

Nous avions déjà loué l'appartement de Miren il y a 2 ans, et nous l'avons tout autant apprécié cette année ! Spacieux, fonctionnel, idéalement situé entre la plage et le centre-ville, il a vraiment beaucoup d'avantages, et si nous pouvons nous y retournerons à coup sûr. Un grand merci à Miren !

APARTEMENT LARGE VERY WELL PLACE BUT LACK OF LIGHT

We had a pleasant stay despite a few things to review. Very spacious apartment, well appointed, very well located with shops, beach 100 m and old town center and beach concha 10 minutes walk. Two small balconies in living room and 1 bedroom. 3 out of 5 bedrooms are very dark, as is the kitchen (a dining table in the living room would be a good idea). The shower is good but has a large defect of leakage and the floor is soaked after each shower (need to mop several times after each shower, which is complicated for 6 people to take a shower.) Towels 1 per person for 2 weeks too fair, it would be nice to have at least 2 per person Some other elements deserve a repair (drawers of the kitchen, electrical problem in the kitchen etc)

Ältere Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im dritten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses, das nur zu einem kleinen Teil an Urlauber vermietet wird. Für unseren Familienurlaub mit sechs Personen war die Gösse der Wohnung sehr gut. Allerdings sind drei der fünf Schlafzimmer und die Küche zu einem Lichthof hin gelegen, was ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig ist. In dem Lichthof kann man auf Zugseilen seine Wäsche trocknen. Die Küche macht einen modernen Eindruck, ist gut ausgestattet, hat aber schon deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Ein Bad mit Dusche und WC und ein weiteres separates WC mit Waschbecken sind zu einem weiteren kleineren Lichtschacht hin gelegen. Wir bekamen zwei Wohnungsschlüssel und eine gute Einweisung in englisch für die Wohnung. Das Beste war die Lage. Man wohnt in fussläufiger Entfernung zum Busbahnhof (dort fährt halbstündig der Flughafenbus nach Bilbao) zum Strand Zurriola (dort kann man Wellenreiten) und zur Altstadt. Nicht nur in der Altstadt, sondern auch im Stadtteil Gros kann man gut Pinchos, die nordspanische Variante der Tapas, essen. Wobei es in Gros weitaus weniger touristisch zugeht.

Lovely location

This was a hassle free holiday, from booking the apartment, booking in to checking out. The apartment is well located, short walk to beach and short walk over the bridge to the old town. I will and have recommended Miren already and would have no hesitation in going back to the same place again
