The San Martin apartment highlights for its interior design and perfect location, just in the heart of San Sebastián. Located on the first floor of a classic building with a sandstone facade, the building has elevator.



Located in the heart of the romantic area of the city, the apartment highlights for its location a few steps from the Buen Pastor Cathedral and the San Martin market. The area surrounding the apartment consists of pedestrian streets and squares that conform the romantic area of the city where the apartment is located. Loyola Street, the main shopping street in the city, is only 100m away. La Concha beach is only 400m from the apartment and the old quarter is also just 600m on foot. The apartment has been recently renovated with exceptional quality standards.



The interior of the apartment has a Belle Epoque style, with materials and tones inspired by nature. It offers a living-dining room with an open concept kitchen, a spacious bedroom and a fully equipped bathroom with a comfortable shower. The house has been recently renovated to offer a space with a charming decoration, in an unbeatable location.



The apartment has a french balcony and a bow window that face San Martin Street. The living-dining room has a three-seater sofa, a Smart TV and a dining table for three people.
