  • Spectacular apartment in a privileged location with direct views of the Zurriola beach.



    It is located on the mezzanine floor of a building in the heart of Sagües, accessible via stairs as it does not have a lift. The area is lively and youthful, with bars, shops and a vibrant atmosphere, and allows walking along the promenade to the Comb of the Winds without having to cross hardly any traffic lights.



    The property stands out for its modern style and carefully detailed decoration. It features a main bedroom with a 150 cm bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, which shares beach views with the living-dining room and open-plan kitchen. The second interior bedroom has two single beds and access to a light well. Additionally, there is a second elegant bathroom with an XXL shower. Among its most unique elements are the wine cellar in the entrance and the modern, striking paintings that decorate the apartment. It is equipped with heating, air conditioning, and free WiFi.



    This apartment combines comfort, contemporary design and spectacular views, offering the possibility of enjoying a young and lively atmosphere in Sagües, with the beach and the seafront promenade just a few steps away, perfect for exploring the city and relaxing by the sea.

Loved this apartment.

Great location with unbeatable sunset views. If you want to stay out of the central area of San Sebastián, this apartment offers the opportunity to stay in a great part of town with lots of nearby restaurants, bars, and shops. Will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful experience with this property. It was small quarters, but smartly and aesthetically designed to comfortably fit a family of four. Would absolutely rent again as it was steps from the beach.

Great location for surfers with close proximity to beach. Noise (which other renters had made mention of) was not an issue for our 4-night stay. The location of the apartment is not close to the town’s affluent areas. Mgmt were super helpful and friendly.

La estancia en general muy bien. No le falta de nada . Las camas muy cómodas , los baños muy bonitos de diseño , para mi gusto con poco espacio para dejar cosas y el único pero es que al ser un entresuelo huelen algo a desagüe. Muy recomendable .
