Positives: Very modern, clean, kitchen has all the amenities/appliances you need, outdoor balcony spans entire length of the rooms, primary bedroom, secondary bedroom, living room.Negatives: it was not disclosed in the description that the property is directly above the community playground. there were dozens of children playing on the equipment, playing soccer, playing tennis all hours of the day and night. Very loud! The outdoor table and 3 chairs need to be replaced. They are beyond old and rusty, not in keeping with the level of the furnishings inside.

El apartamento esta genial, la zona esta a 5 minutos de la playa de la Concha y del paseo. Es una zona muy tranquila y al lado hay dos plazas con numerosos bares. Muy recomendable!!

Appartement très bien situé

Points positifs : Très bon emplacement dans le centre. Appartement et literie confortable. Terrasse agréable. Salle de bain : douche spacieuse mais manque des portes serviettes. Points négatifs : Manèges très bruyants sur la place sur laquelle donne la terrasse. C'est pour cette unique raison que je ne réserverai pas cet appartement une prochaine fois... Manque de vaisselle et équipements cuisine (cafetière expresso, plateau, dessous de plats, plats, cuillères en bois...)

A good-sized apartment, well-stocked and situated

This apartment was the perfect size for our family of three! It came with the right amount of pots, pans and dishes, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. It was close to everything the town had to offer.

Great location

This apartment was very clean and as pictured. It was in a residential neighborhood and within steps of neighborhood restaurants, a grocery store, parking garage and a square. Things to be aware of: you will need to go to the property management office to pick up your keys, a school with children playing all day long is located right behind the apartment, and there is no street parking, you must park in a garage and pay daily rates if you have a car. Really loved this place and would stay again for sure!

Wonderful week in San Sebastián

Loved this apartment. Nice and modern….windows which kept things light inside. I loved that it had a neighborhood feel with several bars that served Pintxos. I also found a couple of great bakeries. Walking distance to Las Conchas, Old Town and The Cathedral plus a two block walk to the bus. I felt very safe as I was staying alone…highly recommend
