We were comfortable during this season of cold mornings and hot afternoons as the furnace/AC unit easily transitioned from heat to cool.This is a convenient location when exploring the east side of Mesa and an easy commute to the Phoenix airport.The owner readily responds to any questions or concerns.”

“Stayed 7 nights. It was clean and comfortable. I was not sure how to change the temperature in the room, but I did not need to. Comfortable bed. I moved a patio chair inside so we would have two places to sit. Rearranged the coffee maker on the little table to make a space for my laptop. We picked this one for the price and location. “Perfect place to stay if you're solo or have a traveling companion. This property is seriously one of the best kept properties I've stayed at through VRBO. Really clean and comfortable place to stay. The bedroom was large and comfortable with a large closet and plenty of space. Front room had plenty of space to lay out and relax. My son slept soundly on the couch. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and close to restaurants and shopping centers. I wish we had time to enjoy the pool, but soccer……
