"This hotel is an extremely unique section of San Telmo, located right within Plaza Dorrego where there is a constant market, Tango dancers, restaurants, and immediately around the corner for the San Telmo food market and several fantastic grill restaurants. I got the best steak in my life there. Unlike Palermo, which is a bit too touristy, San Telmo is awesome with an incredible mix of European cultures food and restaurants."

"I was attending the IPSA World Congress held at the Catholic University of Argentina. Hotel Chipre is about a 15 minute walk from campus as well as other points of interest such as the Plaza de Mayo, the Cathedral, and Casa Rosada.
