    Wonderful Villa located in one of the most beautiful area of the North Sardinia, Capo Coda Cavallo.
    The promontory is touched by the crystal clear sea water and is part of the Marine Park of Tavolara Island and Coda Cavallo, naturalistic heaven which enjoys an amazing landscape.
    The property overlooks the beautiful beach of Salina Bamba and the terrace view reaches even the beach of Lu Impostu and Cala Brandinchi, which is called the “Tahiti of Sardinia”, thanks to its crystal sea water. The Villa is surrounded by a well-finished and beautiful garden with a private swimming-pool, and offers great privacy, comfort, relax and tranquility.

    The living area, bright and wide, overlooks the vaste covered veranda, which is equipped with an external sitting room and a dining zone, and overlooks also the swimming-pool, which enjoys an amazing sea view.
    The well-equipped and functional kitchen has direct access to the garden, with a modern barbeque.

    The night area is made up of two double-bedrooms and of a twin-room, all with sea/swimming-pool view, and of two bathrooms with shower.
    Downstairs is located a dependance with double-room, room with bunk bed, bathroom with shower and functional living room with kitchenette.
    Every room is air-conditioned.
    A private garage is available even for two cars.

simply amazing home

Ciao Martina, thanks a lot about your warm welcoming and your precious suggestion about the area, we discovered a wonderful and unknown place for us, such a dream after months of hard work! Piacevolissima vacanza in Sardegna!

Abbiamo trascorso bellissime giornate nella villa, che corrisponde pienamente alla descrizione dell’annuncio. La villa, confortevole, ben equipaggiata e molto pulita, è infatti situata vicinissima al mare e offre un panorama splendido. Da segnalare anche l’accurata pulizia e manutenzione degli spazi esterni, giardini e piscina. Abbiamo soggiornato a giugno ed è stata un’occasione per riunire la famiglia godendo di un mare bellissimo in un contesto molto piacevole. Un ringraziamento a Martina, gentile e premurosa, con lei la comunicazione è stata facilissima! Ringrazio anche Margherita, la sua assistente, per l’accoglienza e gli utili consigli sui buonissimi ristoranti della zona! Simona

Es war eine wundervolle Zeit in Sardinien

Ich war zunächst etwas skeptisch bei dem Angebot, da mir fast alles zu perfekt schien: Tolles Haus zu einem fairen Preis, tolle Lage und supernetter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Aber unsere Erwartungen wurden sogar übertroffen. Das Haus hat eine wunderbare Lage, sodass man jeden Morgen mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer wach wird. Der Pool und die Terrasse waren sehr gepflegt und größer als erwartet. Prima Platz zum Spielen für unsere Kinder. Wir haben nur das große Haus bewohnt und die Zimmer waren ansprechend eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Aber auch das kleine Apartment sah gut aus und war mit einer zusätzlichen Küche und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Man hatte im Grunde alles vor Ort, was man so braucht. Wir haben viel gekocht uns es hat uns nie eine Küchenutensil gefehlt. In Laufnähe waren drei Strände die alle empfehlenswert sind. Unser Favorit, der Calla Suaraccia, war mit Kindern in 12 Minuten erreicht. Das Haus selbs ist in einer Sackgasse, sodass nur sehr wenig Verkehr herrscht, von dem man aber durch den höher gelegenen Terrassenbereich fast nichts mitbekommt. Wir konnten so unsere kleinen Kinder auf dem Weg zum Strand aber immer problemlos laufen lassen ohne ständig nach Autos sehen zu müssen. Der Kontakt und Service mit Martina und Margaritha war super. Unsere vielen Fragen wurden immer sehr schnell beantwortet. Im Haus wurden während unseren Aufenthalts sogar Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt, was Ich gar nicht erwartet hatte. Auch Garten und Pool wurden zwischendurch zusätzlich gereinigt beziehungsweise hergerichtet. Als wir kein Gas mehr hatten kam in 25 Minuten schon Hilfe, Das war absolut rekordverdächtig. Alles in allem ist es ein wunderbares Haus für Familien mit Kindern oder eine Reise mit Freunden. Hier kann man absolut nichts falsch machen. Vielen Dank für die wunderbaren 10 Tage!

Great stay

We had a wonderful week staying at this nice villa on Sardegna. The villa is nicely situated and has a great sea view from the pool terrace. The house as such is nice and pretty spacious, although parts of the furniture and appliances could do with an overhaul. Although in general it was not very crowded anymore beginning of October, the main beaches were still pretty busy. There's a smaller, rather secluded beach only a 2 minutes foot-walk away, while the well-known beach attractions of this area are only a 3-5 minutes away by car. Our contact person/agent, Martina, was very friendly and always of assistance. She attended to all our requests (e.g. extra baby bed, baby seat) on short notice and made things work. Thanks again, Martina.

A relaxing holiday right in front of the sea.

Usually I never write reviews but this time I feel the need to do it beause of the great property and the service provided! The villa enjoys all day sun and complete privacy, is perfect for families and thanks to the pool and the close proximacy to the beach our kids had a safe and amazing time. The panorama is just breathtaking, especially during sunsets and sunrises! In the garden at the back there's also a bbq area and I have to say that we used it quite often and is so nice to have dinner in front of the sea! I want to thank again Martina for the great service and her complete availability, without her it wouldn't have been the same! We will definitely come back next summer.

Unforgettable summer

My family spent two months in this villa in 2014. It was really unforgettable - the place, the villa and the service. It was our first experience and everything corresponded to what was described. The customer service was excellent and we felt to be taken care of considering the fact that we stayed with little baby. If we would plan to come to Sardinia again we would definitely come to this part of the island and stay in this villa.
