“This is a lovely hotel for relaxing & enjoying peace & tranquility of Salento
The rooms are spacious lovely & super comfy beds & well cleaned every day
The restaurant has a daily menu & food is great quality, my wife is Vegan and the staff & Chef made dinners for her every night!!
The staff are absolutely awesome! Nothing is too much trouble for them they really are fantastic & worked hard to make our stay perfect for us

“Staying at Nohasi Palace Boutique Hotel was one of the highlights of our trip to Puglia, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

“The Masseria itself is absolutely beautiful — peaceful surroundings, lovely architecture, and a charming ambiance that really captures the spirit of Puglia.
