"Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed the unit. There were just a few things that could be improved.When we checked in, we noticed the condo wasn't as clean as we expected, especially the kitchen, which appeared to have been left dirty by the previous guests. Thankfully, I always travel with sanitizing wipes, so we cleaned it before using it.We also planned on cooking during our stay, but there were no cutting boards and the kitchen knives were very dull. We ended up making a trip to the store to buy a few basic kitchen supplies so we could prepare meals.We appreciated that beach chairs and an umbrella were provided. However, the umbrella was missing a piece, and the chairs were full of sand from previous guests and didn't function properly. It wasn't a huge issue, but it may be worth replacing or removing items that are no longer usable.Overall, the unit is nice and in a great location. A few updates, such as brighter lighting and newer bath towels, along with a more thorough cleaning between guests, would make the stay even better, especially considering the price."

"Owner was hands down the best communicator I’ve ever experienced. All of her suggestions for dining were spot on. The condo was impeccably decorated and had everything we needed including a peaceful balcony over the beach. While one of my kids and I were playing in the ocean my older son and husband caught sight of dolphins playing just 50 feet from us (alas we didn’t see them from our vantage point!) and they visited the spot every morning. Great location - close enough to everything in Daytona but far enough away to be peaceful. Wonderful spot and wonderful host."
