“I didn’t realize I had booked a room in a separate building a couple of blocks away. We arrived very late due to delayed flights. The desk clerk was lovely, but the key card didn’t work as expected, so we were left scrambling a bit to get into several unfamiliar doors with unfamiliar keys at 2:30 am. It all worked out, but it made check-in a bit challenging. The room was wonderful. ”

“I booked this hotel for a few days last minute and couldn't have been happier. Hotel staff were very welcoming and couldn't do enough to help. Room was very clean and serviced everyday. The pool area was clean within easy access into the pool which is important for me with reduced mobility. I have very specific dietary needs after surgery and these were catered for after a quick chat with staff”
