「My SO and i have stayed at this hotel atleast 5 times within the last 3 months. The reason we keep coming back is because of the staff. From the room service technicians to the front desk receptionists on to the manager on duty, they all are professional, friendly and energetic. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. I love it here!」

「It was a very nice property. I loved how close it was to where I needed to go. The staff was friendly. If I could change anything it would be the size of the parking spaces in the parking garage, but that's just me looking for something to improve. It was an overall great experience. I will stay here again for my next work trip!」

「A favorite in the Augusta area! Feels like coming back to old friends.The breakfast is great! Cheesy grits, real scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, scones, fruit cups and the good yogurt. Great toppings for the eggs, grilled red peppers, tomatoes, onions, etc. A quiet area, but close to I-20. 」

「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「one comment is the breakfast inside the hotel which may be slightly expensive. As I told my buyers about my US$20.00/average of daily breakfast, all of them surprised and said that it is too expensive, should go out and have breakfast at Denny or Waffle House...which should be lower than US$10.00 each」

「Overall, very impressed with this hotel. Great location for convenience-easy access to Interstate, shopping and dining. The only issue is the lack of sound proof ceilings and interior walls. I couldn’t hear traffic from busy Interstate; however heard conversations from neighbors and walking overhead.」
