“My husband & I took our two Texas grandchildren, ages seven and nine. I was very surprised to see a spacious queen size bed and two double Bunkbeds. Apparently, I’d only looked for a two bedroom. I didn’t think anything about what would be in there. Perfect for a young family.”

“The check-in was effortless! The property manager had everything ready for us. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. Short walk to the beach, and I did not read on listing, but we also had access to their storage unit that had all the beach toys and chairs! The bed was big and comfy and there were lots of bed linens and blankets for the pullout sofa. We had a wonderful time and the price was also great!”

“This is my family’s 2nd time staying here and we will be back. The place is clean, kitchen is well stocked and Clint is quick to respond if you need anything. The golf cart is convenient to rent and helpful for a quick ride to the beach or into town.”

“Overall the experience was very relaxing with the exception of a small sugar ant problem that I did not take the time to report during my stay in the main bedroom that would appear from time to time on the nightstands and the table. None of the other rooms nor the kitchen had any issues. I would definitely recommend this place, it was clean, and communication with they property management team was very easy”

“When I go to the beach I do not seek out, "posh," lodging but I do want it to be safe, easy to access, relatively clean, easy to check in and out of and pleasant. We started as a group of three ladies for a girl's beach trip and grew to four, and we all had room and there were enough towels, wow! I would bring your own fuzzy blanket. Believe me, you will want it because the bedding is not plush. The pool is fantastic. The grounds well kept with plenty to do on them including out door……

“We were in Port A for the sandfest. This was a perfect location. We rented a golf cart from Teas Red Golf Carts and cruised to SandFest very easily. There is a boardwalk very close to the condo for convenience to the beach. It was a great weekend!”

“This place was perfect…I had originally planned to just go by myself- as a middle school teacher, I simply wanted some peace and quiet. However, once I told my twin seniors my plans- they jumped in (along with one of their best friends) and we took off. Those memories cannot be replaced.. The little extras like laundry detergent, shampoos, soaps, pool towels, and plenty of towels were not expected, but very much appreciated! Marked this as a favorite for future excursions.”

“Everything was clean and had all we needed. Our trip was last minute with pets we felt the pet fee was the only reasonable one on the island. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids under 10 and it worked out so well for us. Host is a 12 out of 10 very attentive. Only draw back to location was being on the North side of HWY 361 which legally you cannot take a golf cart across. Some people did but you risk a $500 fine and the golf cart being taken back. So word to the wise if you stay here either forgo……

“The unit was clean and very well equipped. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Great water pressure on shower head which means a lot to me. Very comfortable bed on master but the Murphy bed not so much, also very noisy but it ended up working for our light weight kiddos. Community was well kept, pool was clean and with nice outdoor furniture. We will definitely recommend and will be back in the future.”

“Minor issues with Wi-Fi connection for TV. Bathroom was tight. Beds we’re comfortable, air conditioning was awesome, view was great!”

“Proximity to Sandfest was wonderful!! Just walk a block and you are at entrance to buy your ticket. Condo was very large and girls loved the bed plus bunk beds in bedroom. Having 2 bathrooms was wonderful! Only negatives were that husband couldn’t get TV to work and there were many rolly Polly bugs-some alive and some dead.”
