"Swimming pool area is clean. Resort have a 10pm quiet time rule but guests are still on videoke until after midnight and are pretty loud. The restaurant opened late for breakfast. "

"Hotel snow is a very inexpensive place to stay, it used to be great years ago, unfortunately these last stay was a bit disappointing. The nightly band were gone, the water heater keeps turning cold in the mid shower. The tv doesn't and wifi doesn't work. In fairness the place is clean and the staff are great."

"Bad area for a hotel. The staff was friendly but they don’t offer much in amenities. There is no elevator or people to help with bags and they don’t tidy up the room unless you request it. I paid for breakfast but two days they had morning events and we were unable to eat. Not a good experience. Never again "

"Staff is awesome. Don't be a rude impatient demanding jerk tourists. They work hard. For me the staff is awesome. I only stay here every visit. Front desk is awesome. Security is awesome. And great price for big rooms compared to other places. I'll only stay here on my visit to AngelesCity Korea town."
