There was loud music by my room so I ask to go to another room got to that room it had not been cleaned so I went back to the office and ask for a refund and the manager was very nasty to me how I have to wait 10 days for my refund I was also told that the pool was not open it had not been open for years I would never recommend the hotel to my worst enemy it’s nothing like the website shows I will never go there again I would sleep in my car .

Cheap and dirty.

Morning a great area, but it was cheap. The stairs were far away from my room. The towels were falling apart. Make sure to lock your doors.

I requested an ADA room, and did not get one. If my stepdaughter (who I rented the room for) have not been able to get up the stairs, then what? If I had gone with her, I would not have had a room. That is not right and I’m tempted to report it to the ADA.

I didn't like the cigarette smell in the non-smoking room that I booked. I would say use a deodorizer in the non-smoking rooms once a month possibly. Other than that it wasnt bad.

Decent rooms for a reasonable price

The staff was the best part of our stay. They were very attentive and responsive to our needs. Our bed linens had huge, dark stains on them, but it didn’t take long after telling the front desk for them to bring us new ones that were still in the packaging. We appreciated that! I really felt like they were concerned with our comfort; they even allowed us a late checkout. Another important detail was that I didn’t see not even one roach- can’t ask for much more!

Check in slow. Room only had a bed, bookcase under the tv & 2 chairs. Bed pillows looked as though they were just thrown on the bed. Bathroom fixtures pitted with rust spots, Counter stained. We left & went to the Comfort Inn.

Absolutely filthy. Mold in shower, reeked of Marijuana, bed was rock hard, faucet handle on sink falls of when you turn it on, toilet doesn’t flush properly and a filthy toilet brush is next to it full of old toilet paper, door doesn't fit properly, cigarette burns on counter top, tub was stained, tv never worked. Dont waste your money

The Desk Clerk charged me upon arrival after my stay had been purchased through Expedia. He said he couldnt find the payment. When i lifted the lid on the toilet the qhole thing came off. The tub was dirty with a broken shower wall and handles but a new shower head

I Needed a one night stay. Looked at the property and reviews before booking. I do believe it’s under construction but was never told. There was chairs outside others hotel rooms. Walked in my room all there was was a bed, tv, random chair and I guess a dresser? The bedspread had stains on it the towels were old with stains, unless you use your own nexflix or Hulu account you could not watch tv. The phone was not even plugged up to the room, I needed ice and ask the owner where to get ice he went and pushed a button on the machine and asked to give it 10 mins. For almost $100 I literally got just a bed.

The property is hid off in the corner and the sign is barely visible. The lobby isn’t clean and the worker was on the phone while checking me in. She didn’t explain anything about what I was signing just pointed at the tablet. The room was nasty. The sheets on the bed were stained. The table unsteady and had no chairs in the room. The walls are super thin and you can hear anyone’s conversation. The bathroom was dirty. Shower head was disgusting. Towels were dingy. Floor was dirty. The tv was glitching and so you couldn’t watch anything. It served its purpose and was a place for my family to finally get a hot shower while being without power from the hurricane but one night was enough and I won’t be back.

Demanded a refund after being shown two rooms with stained beds and pillows. This was a trip to my own hometown and this was once the finest hotel there. But I wouldn't let my dog lay on those beds. DO NOT STAY HERE.
