The room that we were initially provided at a very strong smell of smoking cigarettes, we asked our room to be changed and got a room change ithout a tv set of gich was not operational for the 3 days I stayed there citing absolutely absurd reasons . Breakfast was supposed to be ready by 8.30 and never was ready before 9 am. Absolutely disappointing.”

They’ve mentioned such items as well which they don’t provide at any time. 2. They didn’t provide any amenities in the bathroom. No vanity kit or dental kit. No soap or shampoo. 3. While booking the hotel we requested for early checkin and they agreed but when we reached the property they refused for……
