Beautiful property that is very well maintained and stocked for guests. The neighborhood is great for families and close enough to downtown to enjoy Sandpoint throughly. Amanda was very attentive and checked in with us throughout our entire stay, curious if they could do anything to make our stay more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Amazing Home!

This home is even nicer than pictured- cozy, extremely clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you could need and lots of little things you didn’t know you needed! It was perfect for 4 adults and the lake was right there for our paddle boarding.

We'd stay there again

The property was in a good location, better if closer to town or lake but it easy to get to. The townhouse was immaculately clean, very well appointed and totally updated. Comfortable beds and soft linens too. There was nothing we needed. It was totally stocked with all necessities.

Sandpoint condo

Our group of four adults stayed here for three nights. We were absolutely delighted with our stay. It is a beautiful condo, well designed and well located. Every detail of the place is well thought out, and the appointments far surpass most condos we've stayed in. The owners have put very special thought and effort into preparing and maintaining this place. Thank you so much! We would love to stay here again!

Absolutely Wonderful

Beautifully decorated and updated! Beds were super comfortable, house was stocked with much more than we’ve ever had at a rental, and so appreciated. Sandpoint is a wonderful town. Back deck/yard was perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning and for happy hour with the propane fire pit! Hosts were incredible and even left us a personal welcome note and a present! Can’t say enough good things about the entire experience!!

Beautiful, peaceful, immaculate property ✨

We absolutely loved staying at this home in Westwood. ‘Moose Tracks’ is thoughtfully decorated, with lots of little unexpected touches. This is one of those properties that goes above and beyond. Well supplied kitchen, bathrooms stocked with everything you need, towels and toys for the pool … They even had bikes that we could borrow and take for a ride around the neighborhood and into town. Would definitely stay here again. ✨

Condo was outstanding!

This was my first time booking with VRBO and was not sure how it would work out. It was phenomenal! Communication with owners were outstanding and check-in was a breeze. Condo far exceeded my expectations. They had everything that you could ask for. Location was fantastic and in close proximity to the lake. Backyard was enchanting. When coming back to Sandpoint in the future, I will definitely book with this place again. Highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed. It was without a doubt, the best part of our vacation. Thank you Chad and Amanda!

Just Book It!

We’ve stayed in a number of amazing VRBOs and yet none have come anywhere close to being as well appointed as this one! The hosts didn’t miss a single detail and went above and beyond to make this the absolute best vacation experience; we genuinely felt spoiled. Short walk to the lake, and the gorgeous pool, and tennis courts. Easy access to a trail for a short walk to downtown Sandpoint. Fully stocked kitchen, sharp knives (!), games, amazing back patio, bikes, pool toys, tennis / pickle ball equipment - not enough room to sing their praises. I can’t imagine a season of the year where this home wouldn’t be an amazing experience and we’re already talking about when we can return.

Wonderful stay!!

We come to Sandpoint a couple times each year to visit our son and his family. We have stayed in some really nice places but this condo is our new favorite. The location is very convenient to downtown Sandpoint and the surrounding towns, The condo was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The owners have carefully thought out what is needed to make their guests’ stay most comfortable and are super quick to respond if you have questions or concerns. The welcome bag with goodies and the completely stocked coffee/tea assortment was great. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. My husband and I are 70 and not at all disabled but I do not like to deal with stairs. There are no stairs to access the condo. The loft area is a cute and cozy fun spot -if you don't mind the spiral stairs- that the kids will love. We will definitely be trying to plan our future trips around the availability of this gem!

This was a perfect place for my mom and I to celebrate her birthday for a couple days. Super close to Sandpoint, so quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck watching the baby ducks and geese on the pond. The setup of the townhouse works really well and it is very well stocked (I think the owners thought of everything that a guest could ever need!). Amanda even left a birthday gift bag for my mom with goodies and a card, which was very sweet and she loved it! I would definitely return!

This is our second stay at this unit. The hosts are great and responsive. The community is beautiful with lots of safe areas for the visiting grandchildren to ride the bikes available through the hosts. It is in a convenient location with just minutes to town. The hosts provide so many amenities such as tea and coffee, smoke towels, laundry, games, bbq. This is a wonderful place to stay in Sandpoint.

This is by far the nicest VRBO I have ever stayed in and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a place to stay in Sandpoint. It is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and incredibly welcoming. Every detail reflected the care and thought the hosts put into creating a memorable guest experience. We were also touched to find the thoughtful gift bag and welcome note waiting for us upon arrival. It was a kind gesture and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. Throughout our stay, your communication was seamless and greatly appreciated. We loved every minute of our stay and hope to return someday!
