「Great location, close to Vail and good shuttle service. Check in was painful! The front desk had no apparent record of my arrival. We had to track down the owner and get them in touch. About an hour and a half later, they finally got us in. Need to really improve that process. 」

It Was very peaceful UNTIL my last night when the Fire Alarm went off 3 Times !! 7pm, 9:30pm & 11:40pm..... there was no fire. 「Parking with a truck and snowmobile trailer was horrible. I called the hotel in advance before booking and asked about parking. I was told they have bus and truck.trailer parking on site. This was NOT true! The lot is small and there were 10 abandoned cars also taking up spots making matters worse. If the person would have tols the truth I would never have stayed here!
