“Clean and hygienic, exquisite breakfast, thoughtful service!”

“Nice lobby with cozy fireplace, books, games, and coffee station. Breakfast was decent, though we didn't experience what others had raved about. They had a group of school kids staying, so I guess they ran out of better breakfast options. Would be nice to have some more fruit options and not just a sugary type of yogurt. It was also very noisy in room with others walking by in the morning; you could hear everything in the hallway. That said, comfortable bed and the amenities at the athletic club……

“Our first room clearly wasn't cleaned before we arrived. The mini fridge still had spilled corn inside when we checked in, and there were multiple items/ trash left behind from the previous guests. During our second night at the hotel, the roof leaked on me to the point where my bed and the surrounding floor were soaked. Luckily, the hotel staff moved us to another room. “Hotel was clean, hot tub was amazing while it snowed, comfortable all around. Bed was phenomenal. Couldn’t wake up. Floors were not sound proof. Someone complained about someone walking around. Views were spectacular. Would definitely stay here again. A big plus was the breakfast and coffee in the morning. ”

“The check in staffer was fine, she let us get in to our room a little earlier which was great because we had been traveling for several hours. And when I asked for an extra set of towels (2 adults and 1 teen) she brought them fairly quickly. Room was ok you get what you pay for, furniture a lil old and a very small tv. Bathroom was clean and fine, so were beds. Once we adjusted the thermostat it was warm. They could do better snow clean up on the property, other guests had to shovel out a……

“The staff is amazing, very accommodating! We stayed to ski at Tenney and it was a great experience. Affordable clean stay. We will return . If you are looking to ski at Tenney and not spend an arm and a leg on your stay this is the place!”

“Breakfast is good. However, some mechanic noise was found continually around the room. We have some difficulty to get a good sleep.”
