“We have family in the Tylertown area and usually stay at their place when we come for a visit. This time we decided to rent a place for the two nights and found Colbys River Retreat. Jolla was an awesome host. Greeted us to show us the functuins in the rv and gave us a bag of fresh picked blueberries. She was incredibly nice the rv was clean and had eerything you woukd need. Price was great. There arent any hotels in Tylertiwn area. The river with its great sand bars and tubing is awesome. If……

“Everything we needed was in the house and a convenient truck stop with hamburgers and other good food, right up the street ”

“Loved the decor, clealiness of interior and all the rooms were as pictured. The two tvs in the other rooms did not work which was disappointing as lounging in bed was going to be a plus. The carport could have been cleaned off but the host was very attentive in responding and was nice. Was unaware of no cable but WIFI worked well”

“First just let me say this, Lamar and Lisa are incredibly nice and helpful, they greeted us when we arrived and gave us a tour. This house is beautiful, and it's huge and absolutely spotless. It was so quiet and peaceful, we enjoyed sitting out on the wrap around deck in the evening. Lamar has had the yard treated for mosquitoes, I can honestly say we weren't bothered by one single bug.There aren't chairs on the deck, so if that's your thing definitely brings chairs. We definitely want to go……
