Owner Mark and Property Manager George were fantastic to deal with and very prompt in responses. Location is great ..close to water and especially to Oistins! “I booked this apartment late afternoon, and arrived promptly after booking. The host Greg was fantastic. He was friendly and extremely helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. He made sure I had everything I needed and settled me into the apartment with all the info I needed. WiFi was fast and there was a smart tv too to watch Netflix or Amazon prime. Shower was great. Kitchen had everything to make a nice meal. Really great place. Great value for money too. Thank you Greg and……

“Our hostess, Marcia, was outstanding, communicating effectively throughout and even walking us to nearby restaurants. The apartment is clean but the bedroom is small with no room for end tables. Apartment is in a residential area that is relatively quiet.”

“Great communication with the host. Nicole ensured that we will get to the property by offering a taxi service which was very convenient as we flew in after midnight. She checked on us during the stay. The house is licated in a very quiet area. Shirt drive/bus ride to the nearest gas station/store. I recommend it for a short stay. ”

“Property is very hard to find. Owner was very adamant that electricity should not be on whole time. There's only 1 A/C unit and hostes was very upset that we kept it on over night (was very hot). There was hardly water to shower, it just trickled out. Cook stove didn't work properly”

“This beautifully appointed & newly remodeled spot was just what we needed to transition in to our vacation. We sat on the balcony in the morning sipping coffee, overlooking the scenic valley and ocean, and relaxing. This spot was close enough to the restaurants, tourist spots, music and airport to be a short drive but far enough not to hear anything but birds. Our hosts were very friendly and enjoyable. We will definitely be back!.”

“My only critique is that they need four new beach chairs, preferably the Tommy Bahama chairs. They are light, comfortable, and sturdy. Other than that, it was great and thank you!”
