「Very comfortable.」

「Very cleanly, cute apartment and cute area with great shops and food. Although the house directly next to it is under construction and quite loud, overall the loft itself was wonderful🙂」

「Great cozy cute spot. Would stay again. Host was super responsive. Highly recommended.」

「Everything was incredible and the owners were extremely helpful and accommodating! Would stay here again 100%!」

「We had such a great stay at The Porch! The space was absolutely perfect and incredibly well stocked. Truly, if we didn’t bring it—they had it. And if we didn’t even think of it—they already did. The attention to detail made everything so easy and comfortable. The owners were responsive, helpful, and clearly care a lot about making sure guests have a great experience. 「That property should be condemned. That laundry room needs a new washing machine. The washing machine has to be unplugged, allowed to power off, and then be restarted. Even then that washer is still difficult to start. The apartment itself was livable for a few days but not more than a week. The location is wonderful in downtown Sanford. I honestly would not recommend renting this place again.」

「This property is absolutely amazing. We will stay here again. Is clean centrally located to everything in walking distance.」

「Property as advertised. Extremely clean, great value, and great folks. Will definitely stay again.」

「Property was great except for the fact that the entire place smelled of pet urine. Couldn't stay. Had to cancel. Very displeased」

「Has everything you need to be comfortable. Well furnished and clean! Would stay again」

「Needs updated. Looks like it had some type of water leak and it was never repaired. I was highly disappointed but stayed anyway due to the fact that I had rented from them before and know this was not」

「We had a great stay, love the location, walkable to everything in Sanford we wanted to do. We would definitely stay there again. It’s cozy, but has everything for 2 people. 」

「The check-in process was a breeze. Also, everything was very organized and clean. This is the perfect go-to place for my wife and me whenever we are in town visiting our family. We were super lucky to find this hidden gem. Looking forward to renting again next time we are in town! 」

「Enjoyable stay. 」

「As soon as I walked in the house smelled fresh. Super clean and quiet. Check in was easy and communication was superb. Anything needed was accessible; from extra linens, to trash bags, soaps to laundry was at my disposal. This is literally a little sanctuary away from home. Would definitely recommend and I will be back to stay here soon. 」

「Arriving late went smoothly, room welcomed us quietly with comfortable bedding we enjoyed compared to other places we've tried nearby.」
