  • Make lifelong memories and new traditions at Shell Island Beach Club on beautiful Sanibel Island!

    We welcome you to our corner penthouse beachfront condo with amazing views of the Gulf. This walk-up condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and sleeps 4. The vaulted ceilings and beachy décor bring an airy and open feeling to the space.

    **Please note: This building does not have an elevator.

    The walk to the beach is very convenient via a boardwalk that is right next to the condo. You’ll be digging your toes into the sand in no time!

    Shell Island Beach Club is on the east end on the island with gas grills and walking/biking distance to the lighthouse. The sparkling pool and hot tub are a must for fun-in-the-sun! Ready for some competition? You can play a match on our brand-new tennis and pickleball court or challenge your friends and family to corn-hole while grilling up a wonderful meal!

    In the condo, we keep beach chairs, beach wagon, an umbrella, and beach towels to use during your stay.

    The newly remodeled kitchen features custom concrete countertops, modern sink with garbage disposal, induction cooktop, and extra cabinet storage. We are fully stocked with bakeware, pots, pans, utensils, blender, toaster, coffee pot, and Keurig.

    Bedroom #1 features a king-size bed, writing desk, an ensuite bathroom, and amazing views of the gulf. The bedroom has a 43" Smart TV with cable, vaulted ceilings, and a ceiling fan. The sliding glass door leads seamlessly out to the lanai. The ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads and a serene spa-like feel.

    Bedroom #2 has two twin beds, vaulted ceilings, 32" Smart TV with cable, and a ceiling fan. Bathroom #2 has a tub/shower with sleek white tile.

    At the end of a long day, relax on the couch and watch your favorite shows on the 55" TV with cable. Or, enjoy a meal al fresco on the lanai while watching the dolphins in the water. Our favorite feature of this condo is the AMAZING sunrises over the gulf with the historic Sanibel lighthouse in the background.

    Note to our potential winter guests: our location on the island is a great spot to be! We have far less traffic than the "west end". If you have any questions, we're happy to answer them. Thanks for considering our slice of paradise!

We loved everything about this unit - it is absolutely the best one in the complex we think! Our hosts were super responsive and the kitchen was perfect for us to blend Pina coladas and make food in. Everything you need in a Florida beach vacation! The view was amazing and evenings on the porch gave us some great memories.

We had a fabulous beach getaway. The ocean front condo is updated, well stocked and the beds are comfortable. Prompt and friendly communication with Katy, our host, was much appreciated. We would definitely choose to book there again when returning to Sanibel!

Delightful condo near Sanibel Lighthouse

Everything was absolutely flawless, from arrival through departure. Photos in the listing are accurate, furniture is comfortable, kitchen is well-appointed, views from the screened patio are excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location and modern condo!

The location is excellent. Top floor beach view with the boardwalk access directly below. Parking below the building is very convenient. The condo is updated and spacious. Many commonly needed things are provided as well as books and games for rainy days. There are many restaurants nearby- a quick walk or bike ride or venture further to find more to choose from. The owners were very responsive, kind and accommodating. Highly recommended!!

Sanibel is recovering!

We realize the hurricane damage is all over the island but progress was ongoing on the property, especially the landscapers. We were glad to be back on Sanibel and support its comeback. Our stay was very pleasant, with the exception of our 8 yo grandson having an appendicitis and having to have surgery at children’s hospital. It put a pall on our last week there.

Great Stay

The place was very nice with great views of the gulf from the porch, living room and master bedroom. The kitchen had pretty much all the kitchen tools and cooking equipment one would need. The complex is still recovering from Hurrican Ian with the landscaping still being done, pools closed, etc. but the path to the beach is right in front of the building this unit is in. The beach chairs and bicycles provided were a great addition. The only thing to take into consideration is it's a third floor walkup (only two floors of units but the building is on stilts high off the ground). The location is great for easy access to getting on and off the Island w/out having to deal with traffic, etc. Two Thumbs Up!

Our trip was absolutely perfect! The condo was perfect for us but could use some updated furniture and deep cleaning (baseboards, vents, wall decor). The view and location were spectacular. We will definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful condo!

Beautiful condo, very close to the ocean and boardwalk to the beach. Fantastic view and great balcony. Nicely appointed. The owners were very nice and accommodating. We will be staying here again!!!
