“We chanced upon this unique property and was wonderfully surprised one Autumn night! Attergauhof is located just north of Highway A1, a convenient resting point for long drives between Vienna and St. Wolfgang/Salzburg/Konigssee. The hotel has unique decors and is much bigger than I expected, and certainly brings out a sense of nostalgia. It feels like a well-to-do family's mansion in the 19th century. The owner and serving staff were very friendly. We truly enjoyed the evening walk around……
