"The hosts were incredibly nice and hospitable. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and cozy. The view from the balcony is terrific and the location is perfect for getting around between Kaiserslautern and Zweibrucken. "im großen und ganzen für zwei personen ok,,aber mehr nicht ist eh kein platz am tisch.. küche war ein reinfall,, der herd hat geräuchert wenn die backröhre an war und braten ging garnich weil die abzugshaube nicht da war,,nix da,,tcha waschmittel waschmaschine alle,,waschgeschirrstender keiner da usw.also sehr viele sachen wenn man zweimal hinschaut,,untern caport ein verwester toter fuchs,,liegt bestimmt schon zwei wochen da,,da sieht man das mache vermieter,, nicht richtig ihr grundstück...

"Arrived to find the street parking was actually 3 spaces, half a block away that were already occupied by other cars. We had to park on the sidewalk temporarily until a spot opened up to move to. 39 steps up to a third floor apartment, (not mentioned in the listing). The apartment was clean but dated. After our host's representative left, we discovered that there were no bath towels to be found. We contacted the host and he told us where to look for back-up towels. There were none in the storage...

Manches war einfach noch nicht richtig fertig.Leider mussten wir jeweils einen Tag Urlaub opfern, weil der WLAN Schlüssel nicht da war und er zweite WLAN Schlüssel in der Mail nicht der richtige war. "Wir haben das Ferienhaus für einen kurzen Silvester Urlaub gebucht. Die Check In Infos haben wir auf Nachfrage erhalten und alles hat gut funktioniert. Das Haus war sehr schön mit allem was man so braucht eingerichtet. Der Sohn der Gastgeberin hat uns sogar seine eigene Auflaufform ausgeliehen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und direkt am Wald und Bahnhof, was für uns perfekt war. Gerne wieder! "

"Comfortable and a relatively easy walk from the train station. Convenient to the tram and by car also. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Very nice rooms- only minor complaint was the use of very scented soap and shampoo. All in all very nice hotel."

Great Property…Killer view!

"A wonderful hotel with a view that could not be matched in the area. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning was a godsend as it was quite warm outside. The view from the terrace should not be missed. The property is a stone’s throw from old castle ruins (free) and an underground sandstone quarry (there is an admission fee), as well as a short walk from the old town. Full disclosure: the hotel is on the top of a hill. While the walk into town was all downhill and relatively easy, the walk back up to the hotel could be viewed as somewhat strenuous."
